Not. BIGhub does not boost your self-published ads directly on marketplaces or through other platforms. To have your ads boosted by BIGhub, you need to have a contract with us and register your products through our sales platform. No, as there are restrictions imposed by the marketplaces themselves or by current legislation. If you have any doubts about the item you want to register, you can check the list of restricted products.

The quantity of products to be registered on the BIGhub platform is determined by the plan signed by you. The more products you advertise, the more competitive you become and the more chances you have to make sales. BIGhub offers the facility to register products on file, that is, in large quantities, leaving it up to you to decide how many products you would like to advertise.

Not. Only physical products can be registered for sale on BIGhub partner marketplaces.

  • Issuance of invoices

It is mandatory to sell on any marketplace. The invoice is sent together with the product to prove the sale. Important: The invoice must be issued using the same registered tax number. It is mandatory to send the invoice on the dashboard to receive payments.

  • Sending a Tracking Code

It is mandatory to send the tracking code (order tracking code) within 2 days after receiving the order. This is mandatory for marketplaces and is the way they use to release payment for the sale, once they have confirmation that the order has been received at the customer's address.

  • Have the products of the accepted categories

Your products need to meet the trade standards required by marketplaces, and items such as live animals, weapons, etc. are not allowed. (See full list at Restricted Categories).

  • EAN/Barcode

The EAN (European Article Number) is the numerical sequence that is part of the barcode of a product and is responsible for identifying the model, country of origin and manufacturer, among other data. If you are a manufacturer and want to place your products on marketplaces, you will have to create a specific EAN. (Look for GS1 and find out how to do it –

BIGhub does not charge a commission on product sales, only the monthly amount of the chosen plan. The seller will only pay the commission to marketplaces, whose rates are different (the commission rate is informed when registering the products).

Not. To place your products on the marketplaces through BIGhub, you need to have the company NIF, the proof of which must be sent to us for validation, as well as the Permanent Certificate or the Declaration of Beginning of Activity. The store will only be active after all data has been validated by an internal operator.
